School Story
It was Senior year, MODS 1 & 2, and a few of us students had a study hall scheduled and we didn't have to be in school until MOD 3. You may recall UHS rules that students were not to be in Public places before classes.
I don't recall who was all there, maybe this story will ring a bell with someone!
I believe that at least Kevin Scragg, Bill Morley, and I were there. We were at a Laundromat near school which had a pinball machine. One of us was playing and was not having a good game. He smacked the machine, cussed like a sailor, and when he went to hit his cigarette, he turned around to see the rest of us standing there all bug eyed and tilting our heads towards Dean of Boys, Mr. Frank Little standing in the doorway with a big smile on his face.
We were all suspended until a parent came into the office. I got lucky, my parents were on vacation so my sister Suzanne (Class of '65) came instead. My parents never found out!
